Client Responsibility: Results vary based on individual business efforts, market conditions, and external factors. Clients remain solely responsible for their business operations, compliance, and final implementation of provided web assets.

Limitation of Liability: Void Craft Designs shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our web design services, digital tools, or strategic consulting.

Initial Deposits: Project deposits or upfront fees are non-refundable once work, discovery, or strategy sessions have commenced.

Completed Work: Due to the custom nature of web design and digital strategy, no refunds are issued for completed milestones, final deliverables, or launched assets.

Subscriptions & Retainers: Monthly and yearly retainer plans are non-refundable once the active service period or billing cycle has begun.

Cancellation Requests: If a project is cancelled prior to execution, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or resource allocation costs.

Dispute Resolution: All refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid project reasons, and final determinations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Upfront project deposits and initial booking fees are non-refundable once work or strategy sessions have commenced.

Because our web design and digital solutions are custom-built, completed milestones and deliverables are final and non-refundable.

Active monthly or yearly retainer billing cycles are non-refundable once the current period has begun.

Project cancellations requested before execution are evaluated individually after deducting administrative and resource costs.

All formal refund requests must be submitted in writing, with final determinations handled at the discretion of Void Craft Designs.
